Welcome to StorySkill Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Student," or "you") and StorySkill Hub ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, services, and educational programs.

By accessing our website at storyskillhub.com, registering for our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

• Online and in-person training programs

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services independently. Participants under 16 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision.

4.2 Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.3 Account Termination

5. Program Enrollment and Fees

5.1 Program Registration

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements are approved in writing
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for new enrollments
• Current students are protected from price increases during their enrolled program

5.3 Late Payments

If payment arrangements have been made and payments are not received by the due date:

• A late fee of 5% may be applied after 7 days
• Access to program materials may be suspended after 14 days
• Enrollment may be cancelled after 30 days of non-payment

6. Program Attendance and Participation

6.1 Attendance Requirements

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
• Absences must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Missed sessions may be made up subject to instructor availability
• Excessive absences (more than 20% of sessions) may result in program withdrawal without refund

6.2 Student Conduct

Students must:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Complete assigned exercises and practice activities
• Provide constructive feedback in group settings
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of other students' personal information shared during sessions

6.3 Virtual Session Requirements

For online programs:

• Ensure reliable internet connectivity
• Use a device with functioning camera and microphone
• Find a quiet, private space for sessions
• Test technology before scheduled sessions

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and curricula
• Training videos and recordings
• Workbooks and written materials
• Presentation templates
• Website content and design
• Logos and branding materials

are the intellectual property of StorySkill Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal educational purposes during and after your enrollment period.

7.3 Student Work

You retain ownership of original work you create during our programs. However, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples of student work for marketing and educational purposes unless you explicitly opt-out.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

8.1 Rescheduling by Students

• Individual Sessions: May be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty
• Less than 48 hours: Rescheduling subject to a 50% fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full session fee applies
• No-shows: Considered a completed session without refund

8.2 Cancellations by StorySkill Hub

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

• Instructor illness or emergency
• Insufficient enrollment (group programs)
• Technical difficulties beyond our control
• Force majeure events

In such cases, we will provide alternative dates or full refunds at your discretion.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Specific outcomes or results from our training programs
• Improvement in public speaking or storytelling abilities
• Career advancement or financial gains
• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
• Compatibility with all devices or internet connections

Individual results vary based on effort, practice, natural ability, and external factors beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StorySkill Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for damages resulting from your inability to use our services, unauthorized access to your data, or third-party actions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StorySkill Hub, its officers, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
